Click Safety was founded by two people who have spent years watching businesses struggle with the safety industry. We built the consultancy we know our clients need.
Brandon
Co-Founder & WHS Consultant
Brandon takes a practical, people-first approach to WHS, with a strong focus on understanding the business behind the brief. He builds trusted, lasting relationships with clients and their teams — from small family-run workshops and manufacturing operations to government agencies and large organisations — he is known for working across the full spectrum of industries, including fabrication, FMCG, heavy trades, and SMEs of every kind.
He is passionate about developing safety systems that don't just tick boxes — they actually get used. Brandon helps businesses cut through the confusion of WHS legislation, take ownership of their safety obligations, and build a culture where safety makes sense for the way they work day-to-day.
His experience spans hands-on implementation of WHS management systems, risk workshops, compliance auditing, and psychosocial risk, as well as supporting clients to achieve industry accreditations, including ISO certifications, Avetta and CM3. He has also contributed guidance to national training bodies and government facilities, and led high-risk assessment work for major government infrastructure projects.
Known for his collaborative, down-to-earth style, Brandon meets every client where they are — and makes sure they leave with more than a safety system. They leave with confidence.
Josh
Co-Founder & WHS Consultant
With 18 years of experience across some of Australia's most demanding environments — defence, communications, construction, mining, and everything in between — Josh has seen what happens when safety works and what happens when it doesn't.
Time and again, Josh noticed that the businesses that needed help the most were often the ones being left behind. The small operators, the family businesses, the teams pushing hard every day without a full-time safety professional in their corner. Josh wanted to change that - because every business, no matter its size, deserves to know its people are protected.
Josh's approach is collaborative to the core. He goes beyond the surface — getting into the real pressures, the unspoken challenges, and the day-to-day realities of how a business actually operates. Because in his experience, safety that stops production isn't safety at all. The goal is always to walk alongside a business, shape WHS around the way it works, and build something teams can drive from the inside, long after the work is done.
Known for his honesty, his warmth, and his ability to make complex requirements genuinely understandable, Josh believes that knowing what safety is is only half the battle. Knowing what it means for your business — that's where you win.
